About us
Fearless Futures (FF) serves daring organisations – across sectors – ready to actively challenge inequities by addressing their roots, intersections, and lived realities. We do this as an ambitious group of multi-disciplinary specialists by facilitating transformative, experiential equity and inclusion education and partnering with our clients through consultancy to re-design their policies and processes to operationalise equitable ecosystems for their people and products.
Location
- Remote, with access to co-working spaces. We are an entirely ‘remote’ organisation.
- We invite applicants located in the UK and East Coast of the US (due to team timezone needs), who have the right to work in either of these locations as unfortunately we are not sponsoring work visas at this time.
- We would like to open up this position to people residing in time zones around the world that are up to GMT+4.5 and GMT-6, in particular those in the Global South who have work visas for where they reside. We will be working with an "employer of record" company to facilitate this, and it is our first time doing so. If you have the right to work and reside outside of the UK or US and are interested in this role, please email us at jobs@fearlessfutures.org sharing where you have the right to work and currently reside and we will respond with whether you should pursue the application process at this time. We are sharing this information, while it isn’t entirely certain, in the spirit of transparency as we experiment with this approach to open the opportunity to as many as possible.
